Mark this one on your calendars. It looks like one of Steven Spielberg’s earliest works is getting a special 50th anniversary Blu-ray release. Yes, Duel was released 50 years ago this year, and to celebrate that milestone, a shiny new HV disc will hit shelves at the end of May.
The film revolves around Dennis Weaver’s traveling salesman character who is pursued across the highways of America by a 40-tonne truck. This is one of the most intense movies ever made and you can see where Spielberg developed his skills for creating the on-screen tension in the movies that followed.
The date for the release of Duel on Blu-ray has been set for 31st May. Check out the full details of the release below.
