New featurette lands for the incoming ‘Luca’ from Disney and Pixar

The film is about to be released on Disney+.

A new trailer has landed for the Disney+-bound Disney and Pixar animated movie Luca. There’s not to long to wait before the film releases on the streaming platform as it hits Disney+ on 18th June.

The synopsis for the movie is as follows.

Set in a beautiful seaside town on the Italian Riviera, Disney and Pixar’s original feature film “Luca” is a coming-of-age story about one young boy experiencing an unforgettable summer filled with gelato, pasta and endless scooter rides. Luca (voice of Jacob Tremblay) shares these adventures with his newfound best friend, Alberto (voice of Jack Dylan Grazer), but all the fun is threatened by a deeply-held secret: they are sea monsters from another world just below the water’s surface.

The new featurette focusses on building the fiction town at the heart of the movie, and the look and feel of the piece.

This is well worth the watch.
