‘No Time To Die’ set to land on PVOD in some territories this week

No Time To Die, the 25th James Bond movie, which has done remarkably well in cinemas -certainly in the UK, is set to be released on premium VOD services this week. In fact, it is available in the United States on the usual purchasing platforms from today.

In No Time To Die, Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.

The film has now taken over $660 in box-office revenue around the world and is still yet to open in some territories. Of course, an ‘at home’ premiere will make it available to wider audiences, so expect that figure to grow.

A reported $19.99 price to rent at home is expected.

No news on when the film will be available in other territories, but a physical home release has been announced for the UK in the week before Christmas. That’s to own as well as rent.

More as it comes in.
