Here’s the final trailer for 1980’s-focused science fiction documentary In Search Of Tomorrow. The documentary takes a look back at the sci-fi movies of arguable the greatest ever decade for movies, and will arrive on screens later this year.
I am really looking forward to seeing it as it boasts talking heads with some of the decade’s finest filmmakers and actors, including the likes of Peter Weller (aka Robocop), Paul Verhoeven and Billy Dee Williams, among others. It also runs for five hours so in-depth it will definitely be.
In Search of Tomorrow is nostalgic journey through ’80s sci-fi films, exploring their impact and relevance today, told by the artists who made them and by those who were inspired to turn their visions into reality.
