Open Road Films has debuted a brand new trailer for Memory, a new action movie starring Liam Neeson and Guy Pearce set for screens later this year. This is the US trailer for the film, which Open Road will release there.
The film is directed by Casino Royale and Goldeneye helmer Martin Campbell, so hopes are high for this one.
Here’s the synopsis as provided by Open Road.
MEMORY follows Alex Lewis (Liam Neeson), an expert assassin with a reputation for discreet precision. Caught in a moral quagmire, Alex refuses to complete a job that violates his code and must quickly hunt down and kill the people who hired him before they and FBI agent Vincent Serra (Guy Pearce) find him first. Alex is built for revenge but, with a memory that is beginning to falter, he is forced to question his every action, blurring the line between right and wrong.
April 29 is the date for US audiences and we’re assuming the film will be picked up by other territories for international release soon after.
We’ll keep you updated. Here’s the trailer.
