Netflix has unveiled the first look trailer for The Lincoln Lawyer, their upcoming series based on the series of Michael Connelly books revolving around Mickey Haller, a lawyer who works out of a mobile office; his Lincoln car.
The source material was turned into a popular movie starring Matthew McConaughey back in 2011, but this is a whole new adaptation, coming to the screen from other books in Connelly’s series set around the Haller character.
This one comes to screens from 13th May, so just about a month to wait.
Here’s the synopsis as provided by Netflix.
?Mickey Haller (Manuel Garcia-Rulfo), an iconoclastic idealist, runs his law practice out of the back seat of his Lincoln, as he takes on cases big and small across the expansive city of Los Angeles. Based on the series of bestselling novels by renowned author Michael Connelly, the first season is based on the second book in The Lincoln Lawyer series, The Brass Verdict.
Neve Campbell, Becki Newton, Jazz Raycole and Angus Sampson also star.
