A brand new trailer has arrived for Sam Mendes’ new film, Empire Of Light, which will be released on UK screens in the new year. Mendes directed from his own screenplay, while the cinematography is by legendary DOP Roger Deakins.
Set in an English coastal town in the early 1980s, EMPIRE OF LIGHT is a compelling and poignant drama about the power of human connection during turbulent times,from Academy Award® winning director Sam Mendes.
The film features a stellar cast led by Academy Award winner Olivia Colman, BAFTA winner Michael Ward and Academy Award winner Colin Firth.
The film has a UK release date confirmed as the 9th of January, so not too long to wait for this one.
