Neon and Decal Releasing have debuted the first trailer for an upcoming comedy titled Robots which stars Shailene Woodley and Jack Whitehall as the leads. The film has a US release date set for cinemas and on demand for 19th May so not too long to wait if you live over there. A UK release is TBC.
We have a logline for the story, which is as follows: Charles is a womanizer while Elaine is a gold digger. The duo learn humanity when forced to team up and pursue robot doubles of themselves.
Anthony Hines and Casper Christensen direct from their own screenplay which is based on a story by Robert Sheckley.
