Featurette: With ‘Thanksgiving’, Eli Roth finally gets to make his slasher movie

After delivering many movies in the horror genre over the years, Eli Roth finally gets to make his own Scream-esque slasher movie with Thanksgiving, a film that was borne from the Quentin Tarantino/ Robert Rodriguez Grind House movie faux trailers all those years ago.

The film comes to cinemas on 17th November and we have a featurette delivered to us by Sony Pictures with the filmmaker talking about his desire to make a film in the sub genre for many years.

Patrick Dempsey, Addison Rae, Milo Manheim, Jalen Brooks Thomas, Nell Verlaque, Rick Hoffman and Gina Gershon make up the main cast.

After a Black Friday riot ends in tragedy, a mysterious Thanksgiving-inspired killer terrorises Plymouth, Massachusetts – the birthplace of the holiday. Picking off residents one by one, what begins as random revenge killings are soon revealed to be part of a larger, sinister holiday plan. Will the town uncover the killer and survive the holidays… or become guests at his twisted holiday dinner table?

You can check out the featurette below.
