A new Transpotting 4K UHD release is coming to the home formats. The movie is getting the 4K restoration treatment in a new release set for shelves on 11th November.
The critically acclaimed film from director Danny Boyle (Slumdog Millionaire, 28 Days Later) that captured the youth of the mid ’90s – now presented in stunning 4K Ultra Hi-definition. Hilarious but harrowing, the film charts the disintegration of the friendship between Renton (Ewan McGregor), Spud (Ewen Bremner), Sick Boy (Jonny Lee Miller), Tommy (Kevin McKidd) and Begbie (Robert Carlyle) as they proceed seemingly towards a psychotic, drug-fuelled self-destruction.
A release date has been set for 4K Ultra HD & on Blu-ray in a limited-edition steelbook from Monday 11th November.
Planned special features are as follows.
