Here we have the first UK trailer for director Pawel Pawlikowski’s THE WOMAN IN THE FIFTH. The film is based on Douglas Kennedy’s novel and stars Ethan Hawke and Kristin Scott Thomas. The taut, suspenseful plot involves college lecturer, Tom Ricks, who travels to Paris after a recent scandal. Once there, he falls for a widow whom he soon becomes aware, may have been responsible for a series of murders in the French capital.
The film is released in cinemas 17th February 2012.
