WWE To Produce Found-Footage Horror

After years of trying (and failing) to successfully break into the movie mainstream, WWE Studios are to persevere with BERMUDA, from a script by Bobby Lee Darby and Nathan Brookes.

BERMUDA is a found-footage, capturing the final days of a doomed documentary crew in the titular Triangle. WWE are undoubtedly hoping to capitalise of the success of the PARANORMAL ACTIVITY films, and, as per usual, are likely to give top-billing to one of their wrestling superstars (see Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque in THE CHAPERONE or Paul ‘BIG SHOW’ Wight – or alternatively, don’t).

It’s not all bad news though – Darby and Brookes previously won the Horror Screenplay Competition at Slamdance for their script ‘Slaughter’.
