He may look as though he’s lived a thousand lives, but former criminal-turned-actor Danny Trejo’s latest, could be a B-movie classic. Joined by fellow veterans Ron Perlman and Charles S. Dutton, BAD ASS will see Trejo’s geriatric Vietnam vet become an overnight celebrity, after dishing out some vigilante justice to some local street scum.
Check out these trailers as well as the poster below for the film that hits cinemas in the US on the 13th April. Sadly, there is currently no release date scheduled for the UK, which more that likely means it maybe destined for straight-to-DVD status. Either way THN will keep you informed. Trejo will also shoot the sequel to his exploitation hit MACHETE, later this year.
