I actually, and indeed very strangely mentioned this in my last post (as kind of a joke), but it does actually look like Robert De Niro is looking to star opposite Michael Douglas in the planned movie LAST VEGAS, a over-the-hill bachelor party adventure set in the city of sin.
Vulture reports that De Niro is actually in negotiations to play one of Douglas’ bachelor party-attending buddies. The film revolves around a ‘quartet of retired boomers who are called upon for a Las Vegas bachelor party by their friend, a ladies man who is finally settling down and marrying a woman half his age.’
Both Dustin Hoffman and Christopher Walken have also been rumoured to be involved in the project, which will be directed by Jon Turtletaub from a script by Dan Fogelman.
