Guy Ritchie looks all set to direct a new version of Robert Louis Stevenson’s TREASURE ISLAND for Warner Brothers. Riding off the success of last year’s SHERLOCK HOLMES: A GAME OF SHADOWS, Ritchie is officially attached to the project as director and producer, which is to be written by Alex Harakis.
It looks like Ritchie will tackle the film after he helms his version of THE MAN FROM U.N.C.L.E. based on the classic TV show.
