Only yesterday, THN brought you a brand new poster for Paul W.S. Anderson’s latest sequel to action/horror hybrid franchise RESIDENT EVIL. So another day… another poster, and this one sees Milla Jovovich’s Alice share the limelight alongside Bingbing Li’s Ada Wong, who’s sporting a lovely red dress similar to the one Jovovich was delectably decked-out in for the first film. If these character names mean anything to you, you’re a better man than I, either that or you’ve spent too much time with a control pad in your hands.
RESIDENT EVIL: RETRIBUTION has again been shot in customary 3D (just as the previous entry), and will see, unsurprisingly, Alice and her bunch of rag-tag warriors attempt to take down the Umbrella Corporation’s legion of the undead. If the tagline is anything to go by, we’re supposedly looking at the beginning of the ‘ultimate battle’ (Jesus, yawn!) Will it be as shit as the previous four films? Absolutely. But God loves a trier, right? It hits cinemas 28th September.
