I for one am extremely excited for the release of Rian Johnson’s LOOPER, especially as it stars one of my favourite men, Mr Joseph Gordon-Levitt. Today we bring you another new poster, which shows how your past – and your future – can haunt you.
Set in 2042 and 2072, Gordon-Levitt stars as Joe, a gun-toting mobster who is hired to rid the future (2072) of bad guys, who are sent back to the past to be…well, you can guess. Everything’s fine, until Joe’s future self in sent back – and escapes! Bruce Willis stars as Future Joe, and with the help of a little prosthetic work (on Joseph’s part), they do look creepily similar.
With the out-of-this-world narrative, brilliant talent and exciting visuals (which you can see in the trailer), LOOPER is set to be one of the best films of the year. LOOPER co-stars Emily Blunt, Jeff Daniels, Paul Dano and Piper Perabo. It hits cinemas from 28th September.
