The Plot Thickens…Apparently Keith Richards HAS been cut from Pirates 4

This has been a debated story for a couple of weeks now; with news varying from CUT to NOT CUT every single hour of every day.

 Rolling Stones rocker Keith Richards, has been cut from the PIRATES OF THE CARRIBEAN movie franchise after the guitarist revealed his drug use in a new book. It had been suggested that Richards WOULD NOT be cut earlier this week but new information suggest that, whilst the scenes have already been shot, they will end up on the cutting room floor.

Recently the guitarist confirmed that he was going to reprise his role as Captain Jack Sparrow’s father in the next movie in the PIRATES OF THE CARRIBEAN  franchise.

Shortly after the announcement Keith Richards’ biography was published, where he taught readers how to get high on drugs without losing their sanity. This drew the ire of the Disney producers who thought that Keith’s association with the movie will mar the film’s popularity.

Apparently Disney (can’t blame them if we’re honest) does not like being associated with drug addicts and alcohol abusers so Keith Richards was axed from the project. The musician’s new book called ‘Life’ talks about things that Disney management does not encourage among its associates. Parts of the book suggest to readers how they make take high quality drugs in moderation so as not to run a health risk.

Keith has confessed to taking high-quality drugs throughout his life and career and that he was very meticulous in the way he consumed the narcotics. This is not the first time Keith has been involved in a drug related controversy, in 2007 he shocked the world by saying that he snorted his father’s ashes by mixing it with cocaine.

PIRATES OF THE CARRIBEAN: ON STRANGER TIDES is due out next year.
