The international poster for upcoming indie flick THE SESSIONS has debuted, showcasing an animated John Hawkes and Helen Hunt alongside heaps of critical praise. Based on the life of journalist Mark O’Brien, THE SESSIONS tells the story of a man confined in an iron lung who desperately wants to lose his virginity. With the help from his priest (William H. Macy) and therapist (Moon Bloodgood), he hires a ‘sex surrogate’ (Helen Hunt) to do the deed.
Written and directed by Ben Lewin, THE SESSIONS is the filmmaker’s first release in 18 years and has won the Audience Award at this years Sundance Film Festival.
