Noel Clarke’s Storage 24 Heading Stateside

Magnet Releasing, the genre specific distribution department of Magnolia Pictures (try saying that ten times), has picked up the North American rights to STORAGE 24. The Johannes Roberts’ film, penned by and starring prolific Brit Noel Clarke, has already been well received on this side of the pond and Magnolia president, Eamonn Bowles, is hoping it can repeat its success stateside.

The film is a classic monster flick with a group of people being hunted by an unknown entity following a military plane crash. Clarke said of writing the script that he had wished to ‘…produce a project that would make headway internationally.’ It certainly is nice to see a small British horror movie get picked up in the wider market. We are more than capable of producing scares – just check out Keith Chegwin’s game show NAKED JUNGLE.
