Tim Roth & Jean Dujardin In Mysterious ‘Mobius’ Trailer

MOBIUS isn’t giving very much away in terms of plot, character, or narrative. But it has most certainly created an intriguing and  mysterious atmosphere in its first trailer. The film will see an FSB officer (Jean Dujardin) fall in love with an inside trader (Cecile de France) who launders money for her boss (Tim Roth). It may only be one minute long, but the trailer has me hooked, with lots of close-ups of suspicious characters, and an explanation of the Mobius Strip, which is a mathematical object which consists of a single strip forming a circle, simply by following it round, you can travel on both sides without ever crossing an edge. This probably relates to Dujardin and other characters playing both sides seamlessly.

MOBIUS is looking at a 27th February release date in France, but has not yet been scheduled for anywhere else. It stars Jean Dujardin, Cecile de France, Tim Roth, and Emilie Dequenne.
