It had been announced a while ago that there was going to be another splendid adventure in the world of Vampires vs Werewolves with UNDERWORLD 4: NEW DAWN. And now the official synopsis has been revealed.
The film sees the return of Selene (Kate Beckinsale) who wakes up from a fifteen year coma to learn that she has a fourteen year old vampire/werewolf hybrid daughter who is being hunted down by a company called BioCom who wishes to created super hybrids…. Sounds great.
Even with the return of Kate Beckinsale doesn’t mean it is the return of her husband and original director, Len Wiseman only making an appearance as a Producer. The film will actually be helmed by Swedish directors Mans Marlind and Bjorn Stein who previously made SHELTER with Julianne Moore. The film is being made for 3D and released on January 20 2012.
