Last week we treated you to the first impressive and gripping trailer for Danny Boyle’s cryptic crime-thriller TRANCE. The film sees James McAvoy as a manipulative art auctioneer, who becomes involved in the heist of a masterpiece painting with a group of underworld criminals, led Vincent Cassel.
Set to hit cinemas in the UK on the 27th March (a US date is still to be confirmed), TRANCE co-stars Rosario Dawson as a highly-intelligent psychotherapist who is hired to coerce the location of the priceless painting, after McAvoy double-crosses his mobster partner.
Check out the clever new teaser poster design.

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
