Earlier in the week, it was reported that HERCULES was moved up to be released on 25th July which would see it released just a week after the last instalment in Peter Jackson’ THE HOBBIT trilogy, THE HOBBIT: THERE AND BACK AGAIN. This turns out not to be an issue after all as it has been announced that the last visit to Middle-Earth will now take place on 17th December, 2014.
The reasoning behind it is uncertain but Jackson’s success with releasing the LORD OF THE RINGS trilogy and THE HOBBIT: AN UNEXPECTED JOURNEY in December will surely have something to do with the decision. Regardless when the film come out, it is certain that it will be a great success at the box office.
